    One of our customers was looking for elegant and modern gates to be installed at the entrance of their property. Our metal fabrication team designed, fabricated and installed the gates at the entrance road of the customer’s lot.

    Minimalistic modern design

    Custom Metal Gates is another product that we have successfully fabricated and installed for one of our customers. The customer wanted to install modern steel gates on the road that leads inside the property. The result is stunning. Minimalistic design with a frame and horizontal tubing welded together creates semi privacy at the entrance of the property.

    Welded, galvanized and powder coated

    Horizontal tubes of the steel gates are meticulously welded together and treated to prevent rust. When welding is done, the whole structure is galvanized first and then powder coated in a gunpowder color.

    Remote operator and communication device were added later by other trades.

    After this, the metal welded gates would be fully operational and convenient to use.

There is a variety of glass options, including clear or frosted glass, as well as different textured glass that we usually keep in stock and can install inside of the metal frames.

    One of our customers was looking for a room divider to split a space in his condo apartment to separate the dining area from the living room. The main idea behind this was to create some private space for visiting family members when they stay overnight.

    One trade, installed in a day

    Fabrication and installation of Welded Metal Room Dividers are done by the same trade and in most cases installation takes not more than a day. If you decide to build a traditional room divider with wooden swing or sliding doors, you will need multiple trades to work on your project, like framers, drywall installers and tapers, and on top of it you will need a finish carpenter to install doors and trims and the painter to paint drywall and trim work.

    Why we started metalwork

    In many of our own projects we had a need for some custom fabricated metal components to complete our glass installations. As we saw more and more need for metalwork, we finally decided to start our own production of welded metal components. When we fabricate metal parts with our own craftsmen, we do not depend on the availability and schedule of other trades.

    The main focus of our metal fabrication shop is interior welded steel and glass doors. They are also called loft style glass partitions. These partitions are available with swing doors, pivoting doors or sliding doors.

    A huge benefit of welded steel doors and partitions is maximum customization options. We can use metal elements as thick or as thin as available. By contrast, aluminum solutions are only available with very few standard elements.
